Come to think of it, there is nothing in life that I get a kick out of anymore. Not anything to do with computers, nor anything else.
I'm just living life from one day to the next, dreaming of the day I will find that that gives me a kick, preparing for how I will handle my future from then on.
While not having the faintest idea what the thing in question will be. Or even be like.
This is good news! It means I've finally cast away the shell I've cowered under all my life. It means I'm free from past assumptions of purpose in life (to be a "software engineer," as I used to say), free to make my own destiny, free to coin my own definition for meaning in life.
This is cause for celebration!

Sometimes I just love that irrepressible optimist in me.

Yep, that's the way to be! Enjoy!! It's soo worth living life like that..and yep, we all love the optimists in ourselves..thank god they exist when you need em!
